This document outlines the science action plan for Padiay National High School of Home Industries for the 2021-2022 school year. The plan includes six main activities: 1) conducting remediation activities to increase the promotion rate in science, 2) organizing a science club and science month activities, 3) participating in science competitions, 4) holding quarterly meetings for science teachers, 5) recognizing excellent students through awards, and 6) conducting school learning action cell sessions to address teacher needs. The objectives, strategies, personnel, timelines and remarks are provided for each activity with the overall goals of strengthening science education and increasing student performance in the subject.
