Action plan b
This document outlines an action plan for a forensics training program with the following key elements: It will use funding from the NSF, contributions from faculty, industry partners, and resource centers to establish partnerships and develop curriculum for workshops, research experiences, and a conference. The outputs will include engaged participants, curriculum materials, policies, publications, and certification standards. In the short term, participants will gain awareness of careers and skills, and faculty will improve teaching practices. In the mid term, the program aims to increase job placements, employer satisfaction, and regional economic vitality through a more highly skilled workforce.
