Barrier is simply abstracters or some object that stop
noise or reduce noise effect that unused or un-needed.
In Acoustic use this barrier help to block the sound
between two area or between two material
When absorbers cannot reduce all the noise, barriers are needed to block
the sound.
Flexible mass loaded vinyl (MVL) prevents sound from traveling from one
area to another.
This layer is typically combined with absorbers and decoupling materials to
create a composite material that can absorb and block noise all in one.
•Custom barrier weights are available for each application.
•Can be combined with wear surfaces to create floor mats that reduce
sound.
•Can be combined with sound absorber materials to create acoustical
composites that absorb and block sound all in one

recyclable or degradable and with high noise reduction
efficiency, being proper in buildings structures, noise barrier
structures and automotive components.

specific gravity

Melamine Wedges :-
An insulation composite material featuring a flexible
reinforced foil-faced faced loaded vinyl noise barrier bonded
to a 1” thick quilted fiberglass sound absorber. It is typically
used to wrap noisy pipes &
ducts to block the noise that
transmits through the walls of
the pipe/duct as air or other
contents move through it as
well as to increase the sound
absorption in the cavity.
Composite materials are
manufactured from
combinations of various
materials from open and closed
celled foams to quilted
fiberglass and barrier. These
products are used to block and
absorb sound for machine
enclosures as well as blocking
airborne sound and impact
noise. Some of these products
include Composite Foams,
Strati Quilt Blankets and Floor
Underlayment.
high density thin, weighted barrier,

temperature fused vinyl with no lead
filters. Apply to block transmission of
sound through walls, floors, and
ceilings. Also effective as a pipe and
duct wrap to damper vibrations and
reduce noise.
Ideal for noise blocking and can be
used to soundproof any wall, ceiling
or any opening excellent for use
inside a machine enclosure, or any
industrial equipment.
BQ-1 is used when the noise source is located on only one side
of the acoustical material.
The sound waves will be initially absorbed by the fibreglass and
then blocked by the sound barrier backing.
Any reflected sound will once again enter the fibreglass and be
further dissipated.
BQ-2 may function as a divider when multiple noise sources
are located on both sides of the acoustical material, or when
a greater amount
of noise
reduction is
required.

The reflected sound will be
further dissipated.
The BBC model Barrier Backed Composite is a quilted
fiberglass absorber bonded to a reinforced loaded vinyl
noise barrier.
A variety of facings are available including our standard
industrial grade vinyl facing, an economy scrim facing and a
silicone facing for high temperature or outdoor applications.

Barrier Septum Composites (BSC), consist of an interior or
exterior vinyl-coated-fiberglass-cloth facing on a non-reinforced
loaded vinyl noise barrier sandwiched between two layers of 1”
or 2” fiberglass.
Typical applications include use as a divider wall when
separating two noisy areas that require
absorption, to line the interior
perimeter and/or ceiling of a
building, i.e. compressor
stations, or anywhere an
absorber/barrier/absorber
is needed.
The sound waves will be initially absorbed by the fibreglass
and then blocked by the sound barrier backing.
Any reflected sound will once again enter the fibreglass and be
further dissipated
May function as a divider when multiple noise sources are
located on both sides of the acoustical material, or when a
greater amount of noise reduction is required.

Absorbers exhibit some meaningful noise barrier
characteristics, they generally do not provide sufficient
transmission loss performance to effectively or efficiently solve
the more extreme applications.

  • 3. Barrier is simply abstracters or some object that stop noise or reduce noise effect that unused or un-needed. In Acoustic use this barrier help to block the sound between two area or between two material
  • 4. When absorbers cannot reduce all the noise, barriers are needed to block the sound. Flexible mass loaded vinyl (MVL) prevents sound from traveling from one area to another. This layer is typically combined with absorbers and decoupling materials to create a composite material that can absorb and block noise all in one. •Custom barrier weights are available for each application. •Can be combined with wear surfaces to create floor mats that reduce sound. •Can be combined with sound absorber materials to create acoustical composites that absorb and block sound all in one

The proposed materials are intended to be light structures, recyclable or degradable and with high noise reduction efficiency, being proper in buildings structures, noise barrier structures and automotive components. It is typically used to wrap noisy pipes & ducts to block the noise that transmits through the walls of the pipe/duct as air or other contents move through it as well as to increase the sound absorption in the cavity.
  • 10. Composite materials are manufactured from combinations of various materials from open and closed celled foams to quilted fiberglass and barrier. These products are used to block and absorb sound for machine enclosures as well as blocking airborne sound and impact noise. Some of these products include Composite Foams, Strati Quilt Blankets and Floor Underlayment.

  • 14. BQ-2 may function as a divider when multiple noise sources are located on both sides of the acoustical material, or when a greater amount of noise reduction is required. Sound waves can be simultaneously absorbed on both sides and then subsequently blocked by the mutual barrier septum. The reflected sound will be further dissipated.
  • 15. The BBC model Barrier Backed Composite is a quilted fiberglass absorber bonded to a reinforced loaded vinyl noise barrier. A variety of facings are available including our standard industrial grade vinyl facing, an economy scrim facing and a silicone facing for high temperature or outdoor applications. Curtain panels are typically constructed with grommets across the top and mating Hook and loop closures on The vertical edges.

Barrier Septum Composites (BSC), consist of an interior or exterior vinyl-coated-fiberglass-cloth facing on a non-reinforced loaded vinyl noise barrier sandwiched between two layers of 1” or 2” fiberglass. Typical applications include use as a divider wall when separating two noisy areas that require absorption, to line the interior perimeter and/or ceiling of a building, i.e. compressor stations, or anywhere an absorber/barrier/absorber is needed.
