 Financial Statements).

 and clearly indicate how they will enable the
 provider to achieve its goals and objectives.
There are policies and procedures for the
 accurate capturing, maintenance and
 regular updating of learner information and
 records (i.e. MIS system used to capture
 learner information complies with the NLRD
 requirements).
