According to Lewin's theory the positive and negative forces of Innovation are:
1. Positive forces:
A. The fresh talent is the positive force which pushes the organisation towards innovation.
B. Latest information technology plays an important role.
C. The willingness to take risk by the Senior management.
D. The process of change also covers how individuals behave and how well they are trained to
accomodate change.
Negative forces are:
1. Resistance of employees to accomodate change.
2. The financial support to the organisation to update technology, hire new talent etc.
3. The way management deals with laying off of employees or training them to accomodate
change.
Solution
