 Coordinating with bank for salary transfers
 Maintaining and regularly updating master database ( personal databases ,personal
file etc)of each employee
 Maintaining important registers like bonus register,muster roll, overtime register etc
 Handling employees grievance and keeping regular contact with all the employees
 Ensuring statutory compliance for pf withdrawl, factory licence, shop and
establishment licence and record information on timely basis
 Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligation-pf,esic,bonus etc
 Preparation of salary statement
 Maintaining hr records such as those related to compensation and health and
medical insurance
 Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employee have
