This presentation outlines the design and implementation of a GSM-based electronic notice board. It uses a GSM modem interfaced with an ATmega 32 microcontroller via a MAX232 IC to receive and display SMS messages on a 16x2 LCD display. The system is initialized using AT commands to check connectivity. When a user sends an SMS, the message contents are displayed on the LCD. The microcontroller program uses string manipulation functions to extract and display the message. The electronic notice board can be used to display information in public places like colleges and hospitals.
