This spectroscopy instrument delivers rapid real-time discrimination across a wide range of chemical
analysis and process control applications.
The patented solution eliminate the trade-off between resolution and throughput to deliver maximum
light to your focal plane. Stokes and anti-Stokes coverage for typical laser excitation wavelenghts
(532, 633, 785 and others) with spectral resolution up to 4 cm-1.
No fixed configuration, we build to your requirements across UV/VIS/NIR. Detect weak signals quick-

The hyperflux Pro plus spectrometer configured for process measurements is the highest performing
Raman process device on the market (10* better performances). This analyser uses a proprietary pat-
ented invention called a high-throughput virtual slit (HTVS). A virtual slit is able to achieve the same
high-resolution benefits of an actual slit aperture but maintains nearly 100% light throughput,

Photometer
The db photometer is the first commercially available trough dual-beam filter photometer. A primary
attraction of any photometric analyser is it’s low cost. The compromise is usually performance. By
adding the dual-beam feature, the performance drop in comparison to scanning spectrometers is
lessened. Though inexpensive, this photometer has a flexible configuration that meets many online
analysis requirements for liquid and gas process streams.
Benefits: Stable dual-beam design decreases drift due to lampaging -yielding long-term perfor-
mance. Several enclosure options means lowest installation costs. Six filter positions make
multi-parameter analysis a possibility. Optional second sample channel for lower cost per sample
point. Compatible with a wide range of flow cells and insertion probes. Low maintenance. 5000 hour

We offer the most versatile Total Sulphur analysers available. The Atom FGA-1000 has the highest
dynamic measurement range of any commercially available analyser without the need for additional
sample valves, calibration gases or system hardware. In addition, the Atom FGA-1000 does not require

The Atom FGA-1000 is an online process analyser utilizing patented Excimer UV Fluorescence (EUVF)
technology to measure Total Sulfur in a variety of applications such as monitoring refinery flare gas

Analysers
The Viscometer: we have a range of on-line viscosity analysers for various applications. They
correlate with the corresponding ASTM laboratory standard measurements. As well as measuring
Newtonian fluids we also have special capillaries that enable us to handle non-Newtonian sam-
ples. Models are also available to handle high pour point streams.
Option: Viscosity index (dual bath) - continuous viscosity measurements at dual temperatures
(typically 40°c & 100°c)
Colour and Opacity Monitor: The Hallikainen colour analyser can measure in accordance with
ASTM, Saybolt and other scales. An opacity version is also available.
Cloud Point Analyser: The cloud point refers to a fuel’s temperature as it begins to thicken and
“cloud” as the temperature drops due to some of the heavier “waxy” components beginning to
precipitate out.
The i-Cloud utilises a measuring cell which minimizes the effects of any dissolved water in the
stream and also features a touch-screen intuitive colour display. As with all our on-linephysical
property analysers, it correlates well with the corresponding ASTM laboratory standard measure-
ments.
Viscosity
Analyser
The VISCO-VP is a new generation of in-line viscosity meter. The VISCO-VP is a torque -oscillating vis-
cosity meter, which measures the drag of a fluid at the surface of the sensor. The sensor oscillates at
its resonance frequency, and the amplitude of the vibration is muted as the viscosity increases. The
viscosity can be calculated out of the energy required to keep the amplitude constant.
Depending on the process fluid and application, there are various models VISCO-VP for the required
measurement range and accuracy.
We also have the VISCO-FT: this is a flow-through model, in which the process fluid flows through a
straight tube with no bend restrictions The sensor can be produced in a variety of materials such as
polycoated for agressive fluids. Advantages: proven in many applications and installations, no moving
parts (torque-oscillating), robust, no maintenance required, fast and accurate measurement, suitable
for low and very high viscosity.
Applications: Chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food industry. Other applications are possible
with fluids such as: acrilic fibres, textile fibres, black liquor, condensed milk, darcon, lycra, gelatine,
PET, resins poly-isobutyls and printing ink.
Process
Refractometer
The in or online refractometer is a process refractometer and measures concentrations based on
the refractive index of an infrared light beam going from a sapphire prism into the process liquid.
The unique optical principle of the refractometers is patented.
The refractometer has a sensitivity of up to one thousendth of a per cent and is highly stable.
An optional continuous ultrasonic cleaning systems prevents any coating of product on the sur-
face of the measuring prism not adding water, steam or any chemicals into the process liquid.
Advantages: the analyser can measure very low concentration variations at high precisions. The
measurement is not influenced by temperature variations or fixed particles in the process liquid,
by pressure variations, opacity or other interferences. An unique and patented ultrasonic cleaning
system prevents coating of the measuring prism.
Applications: Food and Beverage: measuring soft drinks and juices, beer, applesauce, syrups, al-
cohol-distillation processes, etc. Chemical and Petrochemical: Teflon plunge bath, PVA, ammonia,
cooling- and lubrication liquids, gelatines, urea, DMAC, etc.

The vapour pressure analyser utilise the jet
orifice measuring principle which enables a
continuous measurement and which cor-
relates well with the corresponding ASTM
laboratory standard measurements.
The Hone 4400 continuous flash point
analyser is very well field proven and uses a
universally accepted catalytic detector. Corre-
lates to ASTM D93 or D56 test methods.
Distillation: the new microprocessor con-
trolled D86 Boilar utilises the latest designs
to incorporate ultrasonic level detection, au-
tomatic barometric compensation and a multi
stream capability which can further meet your
continuous boiling point needs.
The principle of operation is as follows. A reel
of paper tape impregnated with lead acetate
is exposed to the gaseous process sample
in the sample chamber. Hydrogen sulphide
(H2S) in the process sample reacts with
the lead acetate, after acidification, to form
lead sulphide (PbS), a brown compound that
stains the tape.
The higher the concentration of H2S the dark-
er the stain. A focused LED and single photo
detector system continuously measures the
darkening stain and the analyser reports this
as a 4-20mA output of the concentration of
H2S.

FTIR for Manufacturing Applications

Fourier Transfer Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is a well-established analytical technique in the lab-
oratory, but conventional instruments are bulky and fragile: susceptible to vibration, temperature
changes, and requiring flexible, lossy interconnects to the reaction vessel making the use of them
in the manufacturing floor impractical.
Unlike standard systems, Keit uses a novel optical design with no moving parts. It is impervious to
vibration, weather, and rough operating environments. The dependable IRmadillo™ FTIR spectrom-
eter performs with no remote sampling or long fibre-optic cables making it ideal for manufacturing
environments for process monitoring and control.

CEM400
The CEM400 is an extractive online gas analysers dedicated to continuous emission monitoring
(CEM). It covers applications like DeNOx systems on power plants, generators, chemical plants,
petro-chemical plants, or biogas reactors.
The CEM400 is based on UV spectroscopy that brings a higher sensitivity and stability
than infra-red systems and also gives the possibility to measure several gases simultaneously,
example: NH3, SO2, NO.
A high selectivity is achieved by a fast Fourier transform (FFT) on the absorbance spectrum for all
the gases having a periodic structure like NH3, SO2, CS2 and others.
All the internal gas circuit is heated at 190°C to admit directly hot and humid combustion gas.
No risk of interference with H2O, CO, CO2 or CH4 as all theses gases have no absorbance
on the UV range.

ONLINE GAS ANALYSERS
The UV400 WATER ANALYSER, based on a modular concept, allows to monitor simultaneously
many different parameters for waste water or drinking water treatment plants as well as river
monitoring stations. Each parameter corresponds to a specific optical module that can be select-
ed by the user while ordering the analyser, depending on the application.

UV400 can measure parameters like organic matter, ammonia, aromatics hydrocarbons (PAH),
nitrate, colour, hydrogen sulphide and chlorophyll A. Complementary modules allows the measure-
ment of phosphate by colorimetric method and turbidity by a laser diode.
External probes can be added for physicochemical parameters like pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen and
conductivity.
Thanks to its automatic cleaning system and its extremely long life time lamp, the maintenance is
roughly limited to the periodic refill of the inexpensive cleaning solution.
A new web-based interface allows the control and the troubleshooting from internet on laptop,
tablet or i-phone.

A primary attraction of any photometric analyser is it’s low cost. The compromise is usually performance. By adding the dual-beam feature, the performance drop in comparison to scanning spectrometers is lessened. Though inexpensive, this photometer has a flexible configuration that meets many online analysis requirements for liquid and gas process streams. Benefits: Stable dual-beam design decreases drift due to lampaging -yielding long-term perfor- mance. Several enclosure options means lowest installation costs. They correlate with the corresponding ASTM laboratory standard measurements. As well as measuring Newtonian fluids we also have special capillaries that enable us to handle non-Newtonian sam- ples. Models are also available to handle high pour point streams. Cloud Point Analyser: The cloud point refers to a fuel’s temperature as it begins to thicken and “cloud” as the temperature drops due to some of the heavier “waxy” components beginning to precipitate out. The i-Cloud utilises a measuring cell which minimizes the effects of any dissolved water in the stream and also features a touch-screen intuitive colour display. As with all our on-linephysical property analysers, it correlates well with the corresponding ASTM laboratory standard measure- ments. Viscosity Analyser The VISCO-VP is a new generation of in-line viscosity meter. The VISCO-VP is a torque -oscillating vis- cosity meter, which measures the drag of a fluid at the surface of the sensor. The sensor oscillates at its resonance frequency, and the amplitude of the vibration is muted as the viscosity increases. The viscosity can be calculated out of the energy required to keep the amplitude constant. Depending on the process fluid and application, there are various models VISCO-VP for the required measurement range and accuracy. We also have the VISCO-FT: this is a flow-through model, in which the process fluid flows through a straight tube with no bend restrictions The sensor can be produced in a variety of materials such as polycoated for agressive fluids. Advantages: proven in many applications and installations, no moving parts (torque-oscillating), robust, no maintenance required, fast and accurate measurement, suitable for low and very high viscosity. Applications: Chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food industry. Other applications are possible with fluids such as: acrilic fibres, textile fibres, black liquor, condensed milk, darcon, lycra, gelatine, PET, resins poly-isobutyls and printing ink. Process Refractometer The in or online refractometer is a process refractometer and measures concentrations based on the refractive index of an infrared light beam going from a sapphire prism into the process liquid. The unique optical principle of the refractometers is patented. The refractometer has a sensitivity of up to one thousendth of a per cent and is highly stable. An optional continuous ultrasonic cleaning systems prevents any coating of product on the sur- face of the measuring prism not adding water, steam or any chemicals into the process liquid. Advantages: the analyser can measure very low concentration variations at high precisions. The measurement is not influenced by temperature variations or fixed particles in the process liquid, by pressure variations, opacity or other interferences. An unique and patented ultrasonic cleaning system prevents coating of the measuring prism. Applications: Food and Beverage: measuring soft drinks and juices, beer, applesauce, syrups, al- cohol-distillation processes, etc. Chemical and Petrochemical: Teflon plunge bath, PVA, ammonia, cooling- and lubrication liquids, gelatines, urea, DMAC, etc. Distillator Vapour Pressure Flas point H2S/TS measurement The vapour pressure analyser utilise the jet orifice measuring principle which enables a continuous measurement and which cor- relates well with the corresponding ASTM laboratory standard measurements. The Hone 4400 continuous flash point analyser is very well field proven and uses a universally accepted catalytic detector. Corre- lates to ASTM D93 or D56 test methods. Distillation: the new microprocessor con- trolled D86 Boilar utilises the latest designs to incorporate ultrasonic level detection, au- tomatic barometric compensation and a multi stream capability which can further meet your continuous boiling point needs. The principle of operation is as follows. A reel of paper tape impregnated with lead acetate is exposed to the gaseous process sample in the sample chamber. Hydrogen sulphide (H2S) in the process sample reacts with the lead acetate, after acidification, to form lead sulphide (PbS), a brown compound that stains the tape. The higher the concentration of H2S the dark- er the stain. A focused LED and single photo detector system continuously measures the darkening stain and the analyser reports this as a 4-20mA output of the concentration of H2S.
