AbstractâMaterial Handling Roboâs are mechanically controlled devices designed to replicate the movement of a human arm. The devices are used for lifting heavy objects and carrying out tasks that require extreme concentration and expert accuracy.In this highly developing society; time and man power are critical constrains for completion of task in large scales. the automation is playing important role to save human efforts in most of the regular and frequently carried works e.g. most of the industrial jobs like welding, painting, assembly, container filling etc. one of the major and most commonly performed work is picking and placing of jobs from source to destination. For this purpose, We intend to design a prototype based robo using pick and place mechanism.Material Selection is done using RFID Technology.The Material Handling Robot is a microcontroller based mechatronic system that detects the object based on the instruction given by the RFID Reader, picks that object automatically from source location and places at desired location.A mechanical gripper is robotic, usually programmable, with similar functions to a human arm.Thus designing a Material Handling Robo most often can be used for industrial and nonindustrial purposes.

Cloud robotics is an emerging field that is centred on the benefits of converged infrastructure and shared services of a cloud computing environment. In this paper, a system is designed with an autonomous Pick and Place robot to sense environmental data such as temperature and Motion, along with GPS coordinates and sends them on the cloud. The mobile robot is controlled using an LPC1764 microcontroller and communicates with the cloud via a CC3200 Launchpad. A private cloud is set up using Open Stack that provides Infrastructure as a Service. The collected data are stored in a cloud server which could be viewed through a mobile app and can be used to create awareness about the environmental changes of the location under study. A proof-of-concept prototype has been developed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed system.

This study presents the model, design, and construction of the Arduino based robotic arm, which functions across a distance as it is controlled through a mobile application. A six degree of freedom robotic arm has been designed and implemented for the purpose of this research. The design controlled by the Arduino platform receives orders from the userâs mobile application through wireless controlling signals, that is Bluetooth. The arm is made up of five rotary joints and an end effector, where rotary motion is provided by the servomotor. Each link has been first designed using solid works and then printed by 3D printer. The assembly of the parts of the robot and the motorâs mechanical shapes produce the final prototype of the arm. The Arduino has been programmed to provide rotation to each corresponding servo motor to the sliders in the designed mobile application for usage from distance.

Wi-Fi basedWirelessremote control has the features of high bandwidth and rate, non-line-transmission ability, large-scale data collection and high cost-effective, and it has the capability of video monitoring, which cannot be realized with RF. The research on Wi-Fi based remote control car has high practical significance to the development oftheInternetof Things. Based on the current research work ofapplicationsthe characteristics of Wi-Fi, this paper discusses controlling the car by using Wi-Fi module along with the conditions can be monitored through remote PC or Lap top which supports Wi-Fi technology. In PC or Lap top two tabs are present. In the first tab we can monitor the conditions and in the second tab four buttons are present to control the car in forward, back ward, left side and right side directions. The Internet-based security Soft-i-Robot is modeled using Soft computing paradigms for problem solving and decision-making in complex and ill-structured situations. Soft-i-Robot monitors the workspace with multimedia devices and sensor using an Internet application program. The model has sensory subsystems such as Intruder detection which, detects intruder, captures image and sends to server, and an Obstacle Avoidance Unit to detect the objects in the path of the mobile robot. These multiple features with hybrid Soft computing techniques depart the developed Soft-i-Robot from the existing developments, proving that the streaming technology-based approach greatly improves the sensibility of robot tele-operation. The relatively powerful online robots available today provoke the simple question, in terms of two competing goals: recognition accuracy and computing time. Improved recognition accuracy and reduced computing time for face recognition of the intruder is obtained using Morphological Shared Weight Neural Network. To obtain a collision-free optimized path, Soft-i-Robot uses derivative free Genetic Algorithm. With rapid expansion of Robotics and Soft computing paradigms, robotic technology touches upon self-understanding of humans, socio-economic, legal and ethical issues leading to improved performance rate and information processing capabilities.

literature review, many applications have been developed to
display vehicle data directly on the monitor, with reflections
on glass, and on hardware devices. These applications have
been developed only for a defined problem and for a
particular autonomous system. In this study, a basic
autonomous vehicle software infrastructure and mobile
Augmented Reality application that can work on Android
devices have been developed. The Mobile Augmented Reality
app serves inside and outside the vehicle. In addition, this
application has been shown to support multiple autonomous
system infrastructures.
