The document discusses using deep learning techniques to predict air quality. Specifically, it proposes using a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model to predict hourly air quality index values. The LSTM model is trained on historical air quality and meteorological data. The proposed LSTM model is found to outperform existing models at predicting air quality, as measured by a lower root mean square error (RMSE) value for predictions. The document aims to develop techniques for accurately forecasting air quality to help address increasing air pollution issues.

Atmospheric Pollutant Concentration Prediction Based on KPCA BPijtsrd
PM2.5 prediction research has important significance for improving human health and atmospheric environmental quality, etc. This paper uses a model combining nuclear principal component analysis method and neural network to study the prediction problem of meteorological pollutant concentration, and compares the experimental results with the prediction results of the original neural network and the principal component analysis neural network. Based on the O3, CO, PM10, SO2, NO2 concentrations and parallel meteorological conditions data of Beijing from 2016 to 2020, the PM2.5 concentration was predicted. First, reduce the latitude of the data, and then use the KPCA BP neural network algorithm for training. The results show that the average absolute error, root mean square error and expected variance score of the combined model are relatively good, the generalization ability is strong, and the extreme value prediction is the best, which is better than that of the single model. ONLINE SCALABLE SVM ENSEMBLE LEARNING METHOD (OSSELM) FOR SPATIO-TEMPORAL AIR...IJDKP
Environmental air pollution studies fail to consider the fact that air pollution is a spatio-temporal problem.
The volume and complexity of the data have created the need to explore various machine learning models,
however, those models have advantages and disadvantages when applied to regional air pollution analysis,
furthermore, most environmental problems are global distribution problems. This research addressed
spatio-temporal problem using decentralized computational technique named Online Scalable SVM
Ensemble Learning Method (OSSELM). Evaluation criteria for computational air pollution analysis
includes: accuracy, real time & prediction, spatio-temporal and decentralised analysis, we assert that these
criteria can be improved using the proposed OSSELM. Special consideration is given to distributed
ensemble to resolve spatio-temporal data collection problem (i.e. the data collected from multiple
monitoring stations dispersed over a geographical location). Moreover, the experimental results
demonstrated that the proposed OSSELM produced impressive results compare to SVM ensemble for air
pollution analysis in Auckland region.

Implementation of Integration VaaMSN and SEMAR for Wide Coverage Air Quality ...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
The current air quality monitoring system cannot cover a large area, not real-time and has not
implemented big data analysis technology with high accuracy. The purpose of an integration Mobile
Sensor Network and Internet of Things system is to build air quality monitoring system that able to monitor
in wide coverage. This system consists of Vehicle as a Mobile Sensors Network (VaaMSN) as edge
computing and Smart Environment Monitoring and Analytic in Real-time (SEMAR) cloud computing.
VaaMSN is a package of air quality sensor, GPS, 4G Wi-Fi modem and single board computing. SEMAR
cloud computing has a time-series database for real-time visualization, Big Data environment and analytics
use the Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Decision Tree (DT) algorithm. The output from the system
are maps, table, and graph visualization. The evaluation obtained from the experimental results shows that
the accuracy of both algorithms reaches more than 90%. However, Mean Square Error (MSE) value of
SVM algorithm about 0.03076293, but DT algorithm has 10x smaller MSE value than SVM algorithm.
Air Quality Monitoring and Control System in IoTijtsrd
Air pollution that refers to the contamination of the air, irrespective of indoors or outside. A physical, biological or chemical alteration to the air in the atmosphere can be termed as pollution. It occurs when any harmful gases, dust, smoke enters into the atmosphere and makes it difficult for plants, animals, and humans to survive as the air becomes dirty. Proposed system considers pollution due to automobiles and provide a real time solution which is not just monitors pollution levels but also take into consideration control measures for reducing traffic and industrial zone in highly polluted areas. The solution is provided by a sensor based hardware module which can be placed along roads and plants. These modules can be placed on lamp posts and they transfer information about air quality wirelessly to cloud server. The proposed system also provides about air quality information through a mobile application which enables commuters to take up routes where air quality is good. Prediction of atmospheric pollution using neural networks model of fine parti...IJECEIAES
This work shows an application based on neural networks to determine the prediction of air pollution, especially particulate material of 2.5 micrometers length. This application is considered of great importance due to the impact on human health and high impact due to the agglomeration of people in cities. The implementation is performed using data captured from several devices that can be installed in specific locations for a particular geographical environment, especially in the locality of Kennedy in Bogotá. The model obtained can be used for the design of public policies that control air quality.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
