FlexiTrygg is a remote health monitoring system that uses radar sensors to detect posture, unstable behavior, body movements, and falls. It also learns people's daily activities and analyzes behavior to detect anomalies or changes in routines. The radar sensor monitors heartbeat and breathing by detecting phase changes in reflected signals compared to a reference, caused by movement of the chest from respiration and heartbeat. The system is accessed through a web application and is expected to non-invasively monitor breathing and heartbeat through radar reflections off the skin.
