Trainer Qualification Steps TIP :  Document Each Step Select trainer who  meets defined  requirements Provide trainer with course materials and tutor notes Provide trainer with lead trainer’s feedback and suggested improvements Have trainer co-train course(s) with  lead trainer Have trainer observe course conducted by  lead trainer Provide trainer with  lead trainer’s feedback and suggested improvements If deemed competent, authorized to conduct  the course as a fully  qualified trainer If trainer deemed competent, conducts the course solo, under the observation of lead trainer.
