• Award - (2-3 weeks, 1 module) - develops
basic skills and knowledge by focussing on
specific management areas that are applicable
to the role

• Certificate - (1-3 months, 2 modules) - gives a
broader knowledge of middle management
skills while focussing on the specific leadership
