8. INSTRUCTOR WORKSHOP

• Course flow- Ensure course is running according to
the training programs, pre decided objectives follows
properly or not.
• Logistics- Ensure training material/items related to
the program/course.

25. EVALUATION TECHNIQUES
• Always start with highest score.
• Document all deficiencies.
• Don’t hesitate to slow process down.
• Be thorough (In depth, not superficial or partial)
26. CERTIFICATION SYSTEM
• Certification refers to the confirmation of certain
characteristics of an object, person, or
organization.
• Accreditation is a specific organization’s process
of certification.

The National Society for Earthquake Technology -
Nepal (NSET) is a Nepali non-governmental organisation working
on reducing earthquake risk and increasing earthquake

NSET was founded on June 18, 1993
