MASSACHUSETTS
• MOSES Database System
– (Massachusetts One-Stop Employment System)
• All Company information and on-site services
• All Employee registration and on-site services
• TAA/RR/NEG System

• Tracking of initial contact
• Company meeting and services associated

• Tracking of follow up services and referrals

• Tracking of layoff aversion activities
• On-site informational sessions and
workshop tracking

information at initial Rapid Response
information sessions
• All information is entered into the MOSES

• All early intervention services prior to layoff

RR icon on their file in the MOSES database
• All services provided by Rapid Response are
viewable by the Career Center staff statewide
