  • 12. Transformative Technology Integration Transformed Learning Environment Learning Principles CCSS and GLCE NETS and METS SAMR, TPACK, &Triple E Learning is social –collaborate and connect. Learning needs to be purposeful. Learning is about making a contribution. Learning occurs when the learner is “truly” engaged. Learning occurs in an environment built on strong relationships. Learning should be about innovation, generation of ideas, creation. Learning is not simply about the transfer of knowledge from one individual to another or control. Learning requires time to reflect, process, question to understanding, and grapple with complex ideas and content.

Substitution Using an ereader to read and take annotations on Shakespeare Redefinition: Students develop questions and run a global Twitter chat on major themes and reflective dialogue about the meaning of the text Modification Using wordle to analyze the text to determine and explore themes and skype with an University expert on Shakespearian Literature Augmentation Annotate or take notes in a Google doc or Sketchnote tool and share with classmate

Read the lesson overview and collaboratively record ideas at the Substitution, Augmentation, Modification and Redefinition level. Use the commenting feature in the Google doc to post your names.
