4. NICHE PRODUCT
• A low budget film

• A Unique film
• Specific audience
5. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 3
A mainstream film would be advertised on TV or on a poster on the
side of a bus, a low budget wouldn’t be advertised. It would be
shared by the producers and actors themselves but it would not be
paid for to advertise as it’s a low budget film. Also a mainstream film
would occasionally be recorded somewhere famous or a nice place
therefore the producers would have to ask authorities to close down
the roads or area of the potential scene. A low budget film would be
recorded somewhere people don’t go or people walking around in the
background, not looking professional. A niche film is unique and
different from all the other films in the category, so if its scary it
would have a completely different storyline to a normal scary movie.
E.g. the bee movie, animation that’s completely different to every
other animation (storyline)
