2. E - Newspaper
• E – Newspapers are there to educate us, the
main purpose would be to inform us like a
newspaper would. An E – Newspaper
contains more information than a normal old
fashion newspaper.

3. E - Magazine
• An E – Magazine is certainly more useful and
entertaining, on a normal magazine you are
unable to interact with the product to see
more detail however on an E – magazine you
have unlimited access to see more as you
connected to the internet. The main purpose
for E – Magazines are there for our own
pleasure…

4. Adverts
• Adverts are digitally promoted
throughout the internet, the aim for
adverts are to promote their
product. By doing an advert about a
product you are able to expand your
company or your brand.

5. DVD
• DVDs main purpose are there to
entertain us, most DVDs are for
entertain however some are for
education or there to promote. The
purpose for DVD covers is to inform
the audience about the movie

6. Flyers
• Flyers are mostly for promoting products
to the public, flyers provide information
about products or events, something to
promote to the public.

7. Leaflets
• Leaflets are not for promotion there
are more for educating us about a
specific product. Leaflets are mostly
used in theme parks as a tour guide,
the purpose is to educate us about
the (theme park).

8. Interactive Media
• Interactive media is when the user of the
product interacts with the services of the
device, using a tablet would be interactive
media as you as the user is interacting
with the tablet to make it do what you
want. Most of the devices lately include
interactive media as its easy.

9. Instruction manual
• Instruction manuals are to inform and
educate us, when building something
you need a instruction manual to carry
on as it informs you on how its done.
It helps us get the job done quicker…

10. Promotional material
• Promotional materials main aims are
to promote a specific company or
product, e.g. a t-shirt containing the
brand you want to promote. This
helps the company/product expand
and gain more attention from
people.

11. E - Book
• An E - books aim is to entertain us
and some provide education as you
can access different types of books,
E – Book is a electronical device,
this is a copy of a printed book just
on a electronical device.

12. Summary
E- magazines and E- newspaper are very similar as it is both published online instead on a piece of paper, a new
way to get the news out there would be to publish it online as everyone has a portable device to use, same goes
for the E- magazine as a lot of people still read a piece of paper that contains magazine content so it would be
best to digitally publish it instead of wasting paper. Both of these contain information to educate and somehow
entertain us. Also many adverts are digitally published as the internet is growing massively globally, so this would
mean that more people see it online then see it on a piece of paper. DVDs are there to entertain us so this
would be different to compared to the others. Flyers are a considerable way of advertising a product or
company or even an event, personally I think leaflets are similar to flyers. E- Books are really identical to tablets,
it is both considered as an interactive media product. Tablets and e- books are very similar they both have the
same features however on an e- book most of the features are limited on the other hand a tablet you are able to
access more features. Promotional materials, I would slightly still relate it to leaflets and flyer as it’s a way of
promoting your company or product.
