Death of Naturalist is about a young boy, his love for nature and how he relishes every aspect of the

What Is Assistive Technology
Assistive technology (or adaptive technology) is specialized hardware and software applications that
enable [disabled] individuals to use a computer. ( Hyatt, Glenda Watson, pg. 5) It s a pretty simple
theory as to what assistive technology actually is, however what goes into actually accommodating
someone with disabilities is a rather complicated process. There are many problems, one important
one being the need of equipment that can be mounted on a wheelchair. Aside from these problems,
there are currently products out which can help PWD s use their computers.
Products Available Today
When looking at assistive technology, there are four different categories for usage by people with
different disabilities: Screen readers, Refreshable Braille Displays, Screen Magnifiers, and Voice
Recognition Applications. (Hyatt, 5) There is currently a myriad of different products available to

In chapter seven, the author reveals the reason for the downfall of Halle, and ultimately uses this story
to illustrate the mental trauma that slaves had to face. Morrison also cleverly utilizes the metaphors of
butter and milk to emphasize this trauma. In this chapter, Paul D reveals to Sethe that Halle witnessed
her being sexually assaulted by the schoolteacher s boys, and that this ultimately broke him like a twig

Conflicts in the workplace and interpersonal relationship are inevitable. Organizational conflict is
common in the workplace because people always have divergent views on various issues, interests,
ideologies, goals, and aspirations (Deutsch, 1990). Conflict exists in all kinds of environments because
people compete for power, jobs, resources, security and recognition. People who seek power therefore,
struggle with others for position or status within the group (Henry, 2009).
As Landau, stated, Conflict exists in all human relationships: it always has and probably will (Landau
2001). The traditional view of conflict as something harmful has changed to a common perceptions
where conflict is seen as a way of organizational life. Conflicts beyond usual tensions may arise when
there is misunderstanding, complications or people with different cultural orientations are interacting.
These misunderstandings occurs as result of differing needs, conflict management styles, assumptions
