With SAP In-Memory Appliance software (SAP HANA),you can analyze the data for future benefits.The Key is that we are doing this WHILE Operations are happening, and not just post operational analysis. Improve your business by reacting to disruptions and min their impact on operations.Provide outstanding customer service – Customers expect business dealings to be as interactive as their consumer experiences. For example, in today’s banks, you get an SMS alert if you deposit orwithdraw funds.Customers want this type of interaction with their vendors, both ondemand and proactive. They want tailored two-way communications on their own mobile devices, when and where they want it.
