• Feeling sluggish and fatigued each day?
• Going to bed late and fuelling the fatigue?
• Is breaking the late-to-bed habit a bind?

• This was me for a long time
• I then realized there were aspects of my life
that were contributing to this low energy
• And the low energy affected my confidence

melancholy to motivated!

An Energy Strategy
1. An Energy Strategy to raise your mood
every morning
2. A good night’s sleep
3. Time in the day to rest
4. Physical movement of the body:
exercise or physical activities
The Power of Release
5. Some kind of technique to
release baggage…
And help you feel more
connected to yourself, others,
the world and the universe
Emotional Freedom (‘Tapping’) Therapy
is one such technique
Good Food & Water
6. Eat Good food so your brain works optimally
7. A good amount of water throughout the day
to increase the electrical activity in the brain
8. The ideal is said to be 1.5-3 litres per day.
Clear Environment
9. A Clean, ordered, de-cluttered environment…
This helps you feel more energised & in control
10. A prioritized and positive set of targets you
know you can achieve in the day, even if it’s at
a stretch: eg a to-do list
11. A positive, achievable and realistic set of
timeframes: so that your mind knows there is
an achievable end point
Sameness & Difference
12. A healthy balance of sameness and difference
Sameness can mean going to bed at the same
time every night
Difference can mean taking a different route to
work each day
Personal growth specialist Tony Robbins says this
satisfies two of the six key human needs
Rewarding Yourself
13. Some sort of reward
system for a job well
done…
Even if it’s just basking
for a few moments, or
giving yourself a pat on
the back
Right for You!
• An important element of this is for you to engage in the
above at the level that’s right for you on that particular day
• If you’ve had little or no sleep, you may have to do more
tapping or more movement to get the same amount of
energy flowing as when you’ve had more sleep
• If you’re feeling out of kilter, you may have to watch what
you eat that day much more than when you’re feeling
better

9… consistently

  • 9. Sameness & Difference 12. A healthy balance of sameness and difference Sameness can mean going to bed at the same time every night Difference can mean taking a different route to work each day Personal growth specialist Tony Robbins says this satisfies two of the six key human needs
  • 10. Rewarding Yourself 13. Some sort of reward system for a job well done… Even if it’s just basking for a few moments, or giving yourself a pat on the back
  • 11. Right for You! • An important element of this is for you to engage in the above at the level that’s right for you on that particular day • If you’ve had little or no sleep, you may have to do more tapping or more movement to get the same amount of energy flowing as when you’ve had more sleep • If you’re feeling out of kilter, you may have to watch what you eat that day much more than when you’re feeling better

  • 13. Zero to 9! The above is a simple set of tools that get my energy from zero to a level 5…, 8… or even 9… consistently This has had a marked impact on my moods and life I hope they can help you too!

  2. Morning: A good night’s sleep, or if not, having time in the day to rest and catch up on your lost sleep. Being able to take control and do this when you are able to helps in you keeping control of your mental and physical energy throughout the day Some kind of movement to get the energy flowing: ie exercise, doing [a] physical task/s etc
  3. Some kind of technique to release baggage and help you feel more of a sense of connectedness to yourself, others, the world, the universe eg Emotional Freedom (‘Tapping’) Therapy
  4.
