This document provides a template for identifying the communicative skills, content language, basic interpersonal language, and scaffolded language to include in a CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) unit plan focused on physical activity and health. It lists examples of vocabulary, verbs, expressions, and questioning that could be incorporated when teaching topics like warm-ups, exercise types, heart rate, relaxation, nutrition, sleep, and weight control. The goal is to develop students' language skills while teaching the health-related content through the unit plan.
