This document discusses gastric dilatation without outlet obstruction and includes 4 figures showing examples. Figure 1 shows acute gastric dilatation after abdominal surgery. Figure 2 shows acute gastric dilatation after abdominal trauma. Figure 3 displays gastric dilatation due to chronic diabetic neuropathy with a massively distended stomach full of particulate material. Figure 4 presents gastric dilatation without obstruction in a patient with scleroderma.
