This document summarizes the activities of the 2009-2014 project "Leader's Time" in Lithuania. The project aimed to develop leadership in education by creating an infrastructure to support leaders, promoting autonomy of schools, and building leadership competencies. Key activities included developing consultancy programs, school leadership models, formal and informal study programs on leadership, and conducting longitudinal research on leadership development. The project also engaged in translating literature, attending international conferences, and establishing partnerships to encourage school leadership.
