2. Outline of the Case Analysis:
I. Time Context
The case happened on the 31st of January, 2008
II. Viewpoint
 If I were Carol Alt, the project manager, I will let Vincent Pastore
explain why he spied on them and what he really wants to happen.
Does he really want to help the girls or just sabotage them? Does he
really hate and want Piers Morgan out of the game? If ever I will be
satisfied with is explanation, I would first consult it to Mr. Trump if it’s
acceptable hiring him in our group or not then I’ll do my responsibility
as the project manager for this task.
 If I were Donald Trump, I would be disappointed with both parties. In
Hydra because of their plan of sabotaging the girls and in Empresario
because they didn’t even talked to me about what’s happening. And in
the case of Vincent Pastore, I would also be disappointed with him
because he agreed on what Piers Morgan and the boys told him to do
though he accepted his fault t the end and decided to resign. And as
respect to him, for being a real man in this game, I would also let him
do what he think is right.
III. Statement of the Problem
Vincent Pastore became a man with no country for being a double
agent.
IV. Objectives
A. Short Range
 Toknow who Vincent Pastore wants to win.
 Toknow what Vincent Pastore must do in the first place.
B. Medium Range
 Todetermine which group Vincent Pastore should help.
 Tolet the girls win with the help of Vincent Pastore.
C. Long Range
 To let Vincent Pastore know what he should do without him being a
double agent.
 Tolet Vincent Pastore stay in the game.

VII. Recommendation
I recommend number 2 which is Vincent Pastore should stick to
Empresario because he will have a chance to stay in the game. Although if he
chose to be with the girls and they won, surely, Piers Morgan will pick him as

4. one of his two choices but I’m also sure that Mr. Donald Trump will fire Piers
Morgan because he’s really the one who has to be punished for he planned to
sabotage the girls.
VIII. Conclusion
I therefore conclude that Vincent Pastore, being a double agent,
would’ve stayed if he chose to stick to Empresario because if he did that, surely,
Piers Morgan will be the one who would be fired. If he stick to the girls, he won’t
be called a man with no country.
IX. Action Plan
First, at the very first moment that Vincent Pastore entered the
room of the girls, he should’ve realized that it’s the girls who are really in need of
help and not the boys. He should’ve helped them with no intention of sabotaging
them. Second, he should’ve told the girls, especially Carol Alt, about the plan of
the boys and he should’ve also told them that he really wants to help them. He
has to make the girls believe in him. Then, he should’ve helped the girls to the
best that he can and not tell the boys about what’s happening. Lastly, at judgment
time, Vincent Pastore and Empresario should tell Mr. Trump about what really
happened. And with that, Piers Morgan, who really is the mastermind of all, will
be fired.
