2.  I am going to work on camera movements/angles in film, even though I don’t really have much
experience in the matter, I don’t really want to be in the actual final film. I want to create a film
with tension or suspension in it- probably at the end to have them the audience engaged and
making it more interesting. Editing is my strongest point, I like editing and think it is simple and
easy to do. The genres vary massively, I would say I have the choice between drama, action,
thriller and romance in which I have my pick and in my opinion I think I would really like to go
with making a thriller just because I think that as a movie they are more effective because they
keep you on the edge of your seat. The clock which we have to include is not going to be
shown all the time and it wont revolve around it but I think ill include it in a quiet a bit making
by showing different times on the same day.

6. Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated
colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood
Yes there is a few bits of repetition in my mood board. The colours and mood of most of the pictures are darker colours.
This is too back up the genre that I chose which is going to be thriller, the other mood board has more colour this is
because it is a drama however I might also include some black and white bits here and there. These are brighter because
they attract the eye more so people will buy and they are more relaxing films. The images include not any characters they
are just set props and locations this is because I am still in the planning stage. Even though all movies are different they
are also pretty similar in many ways which Is why maybe I should try to combine other certain genres of movies into this
idea to make it more interesting and appealing but I wouldn’t want to go overboard.
The colour black is known as the absence of colour. Black is a mysterious colour that is typically associated with the
unknown or the negative which relates to the mystery that the thriller genre brings. The colour black represents strength,
seriousness, power, and authority which is why the masked man will be dressed in black, to make him more powerful.
Black is a formal, elegant, and prestigious colour. Authoritative and powerful, the colour black can evoke strong emotions
and too much black can be overwhelming. Black is required for all other colours to have depth and variation of hue.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
My mood board will influence my product quite well considering it is where I am going to be getting most of my ideas from.
Because of the side street I have decided to include this idea in my film. Seeing all the characters in one of my ideas
makes me not really want to create it because it seems like a lot of effort and time when I can create so much more on the
other one in a shorter time. For the final short film product I am going to have to include a title for the film and even a
conflicted character which I haven't decided yet. My mood board has such a variety of images on it such as choices,
different locations and props that I probably might have to do qualitive or quantitive research methods to maybe narrow
down or shorten the idea a little for my film and also get what that intended target audience wants.

7.  I need to research locations at college to make somebody look
like they are going through there day and then I will have to book
a camera to finish the filming at night because it needs to be in a
dark alleyway, which I could find close to my house. The only
resources I need are a gun and mask and a car all of which I
already have. I need to fast-forward to make the loop showing
that he is doing the same thing as before, almost like a time-lapse
and I have an vague idea of how to do that. I only need one
character so it should be easy to cast. The other idea would all
have to be done at home/college but I need to develop to get the
character to actually do things.
