Tell me in no more than 20 words, what is your FMP idea? Night club promo video
Why have you decided to make it? Think I will be able to learn a few more skills and I love the
artistic style some of them have.
What about your project makes it important to you? Iv always wanted to do one but they look hard to do, this
will give me good time to do it, I ant to be able to show off
the good nights people have and good vibes.
Outline some of the initial influences on your idea/work and some
potential research targets (remember, research isn’t just a paper
based activity)
Lots of you tubers do this kind of thing, lots of
videographers I work with, photographers also.
What effect do you want to have on your audience when they see
your project?
I want to make them get up and go to the club, I want it to
be visually satisfying yet super fun.
Describe the tone/mood/style of your project [which production
techniques/characteristics are you employing?]
I want it to verry creative and fun, lots
of vibrant colours and lots of people having a good time,
there will be a lot of footage to get and edit through. It
needs to make people want to go and have fun and has o be
very visually appealing. Non of the people can really be
planned to get the style I want s I want it to be in the
moment.
Why have you decided to make your project in this style? Lots of other videos the same kind of thing are in this style
and some really stand out good and make me want to go to
the club and I think id be able to better it.

How does your mood board inspire your project?
My mood board is a huge selection of other prdocts that I want mine to look
at, theres a lot of different styles but all follow the same clean look and I
really think this shows the pictures to the best they can look. I want to create
a smart looking portfolio book with maybe some text that stands out with the
pictures, the examples in the mood bored follow the same styles I want to do.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
My mood bored influences my final product because I like a lot of the clean
styles with big images, I feel this will show my photos off to the best they can
and it will really show proffesianalism ans creativity.

7. Hayden pederson
Hayden Pederson is a 23year old Australian film maker/photographer, he went viral on
YouTube and since then has in spired thousands of people, when I first started photography
I watched a lot of his videos to see how he works and how he gets models and what he
does, he also has a lot of fun while doing it with his friends which inspired me to put my
self out there and start showing my work. It was after watching his video ‘ super
wild nightclub photography ‘ that I waned to start doing night life photography and since
then almost every weekend iv been booked in clubs around Yorkshire and my skills have
improved a lot. This video hit me the most because everyone in it was having fun and it
looked supercool.I think his videos inspired me a lot because they are so creative and I
enjoy watching and also trying these kind of things for my self.His video ‘my photography
nightmare” also is very inspiring and it taught me a few things, he explains about how he
double booked him self for two events and now every time I get a booking I make sure im
not already booked. this video he made helped me a lot. He started off freelancing for clubs
doing shoots of photos and videos through a company called ‘ flash ‘ , he then went on to
make his own business and started getting his own name out there and this helped me a lot
as I have done the same thing. Him telling his story inspired me because I could relate quite
a lot to it so I ended up using my own name after working with licklist and now I have clubs
and models messaging me at 19, I still watch all of his videos for new fresh ideas and he still
inspires me to be the best I can.

8. Lick list
Licklist is a social marketplace for nightlife and music festivals.
Connecting a directory of over 6,000 nightclubs and bars with
a community of over 500,000 party goers. Lick list was
made April 2010 And in the last 10 years has become very
successful. I joined licklist in November 2019, licklist has been
a major part of my career in photography and has inspired me
so much by meeting other photographers and seeing other
peoples work and also seeing my own get recognized and
applauded. By joining licklist this opened up a whole lot of
doors for me, it helped me get more gigs and places to shot
easily and conect with a whole wide of other photographers
that have helped me with the bumpy roads to get to where I
am now!

9. Peter mckinnon
Peter is a 34year old Canadian film maker and photographer
, hes a well known and perhaps a super star within the
videography and photography industry due to his amazing
YouTube channel and art work f videos. I first started
watching him to see what gear he uses and things and hes
grew on my style a lot, I love his b role sequences which has
inspired my idea a lot for my fmp, he does a lot of cinematic
footage that smoothly transitions with crazy edits. Hes a very
good motivational speaker in his videos and makes videos
that suit what hes saying a lot and sends a huge message, I
want to try incorporate this within my fmp and I want to be
able to tell a story and message within my video. Hes done a
lot of videos trying to help other photographers better them
selfs skill wise and good tips and tricks like how to start
earning money and expose your self in the right way, all in
which helped me a lot on my journey to where I am today .

10. My loved ones
• One of my biggest inspirations is my family and friends, alsways
supporting my photography career, loosing my best friend was one of
the hardest things I have ever been through and photography helped
me out a lot through this, I soon came to realize a photograph is not
just a photograph but it is a memory you can always go back and look
at, this is one of my most important things about photography, I want
to be able to capture the best moments in life and photography I feel
is the way to do so. My family and friends have both supported me
and helped me a lot on my journey and i would like to better my
career by exploring videography as well, my music video went
quite will but there was huge room for improvement and I am hoping
this video will turn out a lot better then that, my video received
major good feed back from a lot of people and I hope my club video
will to.
