Nice suit that can be worn for the photoshoot I have a suit at home which iis perfect for the photos as it comes with a orange tie, and I need to be wearing something orange for it.
- 6. Contingency Planning Potential Issue Solution Unsaved or crashing your work Save your work every 10 minutes whiles saving. If you have a bad memory, then set a reminder. The photographs been taken not looking professional enough, with me needing it to look like a have a sensible sense of style and location. Do the best with what you’ve got just so long as use what you’ve got and aim at what has to be aimed. Such as wearing a suit that matches a similar style but doesn't’t have to be exact. SD card being corrupted. Replace it with a new one and take new photographs. Crew not turning up when taking photos. Hire one more additional person. I only need one person behind the camera. Booking the equipment on a busy day. Book the equipment early in advance. If it’s still pretty late when booking your equipment, you can film on your phone. Bad quality images Make sure the lens is clean, that the FPS is turned up correctly and the lighting is good with the lights in the studio etc.
- 7. Health and Safety Potential Issue How will the issue be avoided? Tripping over a bag that near the chair. Make sure the bag is under the table. Don’t spill water on the computer because its electrical device. Keep water on the floor and away from the computer. The computer overheating when its been on for too long. Take regular breaks by saving you work and switching off the computer. Tiredness/stress Take regular breaks by saving your work and don’t be on the computer for too long. Tripping over lighting when taking the photos in the studio room. Be careful where you are going and where the cables are leading up to. Repetitive strain injury from being on the computer for too long. Take regular breaks while being on the computer, if your hands start to hurt.
