MS Access is used to create tables, queries, forms and reports. It allows users to start by opening the MS Access window from the Start menu. The main components of MS Access include a title bar, status bar, menu bar and database objects window. Users can create tables by clicking the table option, design view and entering fields. Queries, forms and reports are similarly created by selecting the type, design view and fields. MS Access automatically displays format and record menus when these objects are double clicked.
