● Barrier to entry
o Large and diverse campus → hard to reach every
student
o Social media is best way to reach as many students
as possible
● Hard to follow up with students and confirm sign up
● Having a plan is very important for success of startup
o Social media calendar
o Planned community outreach events
o Scheduled promotion events
