 Allows users to post pictures on how long lines
are at bars
 Gives everyone a heads up on how long the
line is

 Increased our user downloads
 Increased social media presence
 Set up meeting for CEO to speak to managers of bars
 Set up meetings to talk to bars directly, but CEO wanted to do
meetings in person
 Promoted app to people waiting in lines

 Currently the app has 485 downloads
 Madison: 80 Downloads
 Michigan: 405 Downloads

7. CEO Meetings
 A couple weekends from now, the CEO will be coming
to Madison to speak to bar owners.
 This will help to give a better idea of the feasibility of the
“cut the line” feature
 We will also be able to have our first in person meeting
with him!

 Depends largely on how CEO meetings go…
 Continue to promote usage of app during bar time
 We are going to keep getting the name out there
 Try to grow the user base over 100 people by the next
meeting
 Next we are going to promote on social media and hit
our quota of 500 likes

 Getting the first bar to take the first step of actually partnering with
the app
 Communicating with founder about kinks in the app
