5. Dynalec Fuel Conditioning Unit (FCU)
This Unit enables to Control of
Temperature and Pressure of the
Fuel supplied to engine and also
takes care of the Fill & Priming, Drain
Cycles of the fuel. Measurement of
exact quantity of fuel consumed is an
additional function

• Rated Fuel Flow required for Engine – typically 100-
150kw : 30-40 kg/hr
• Fuel Inlet and Outlet Temperature – 35-40 Deg C
(Diesel), 25-30 Dec C (Gasoline)
• Fuel Inlet Pressure Specification
• Ambient Temperature / Wet bulb temp / Coolant water
temperature (to decide if suitable Chiller is required)
