anti-backflow fittings, and UPVC pressure pipes.
In-situ reinforced concrete staircase with cement and sand pavings and ceramic nosing tiles; cement skim coat to
other parts of stairs; mild steel handrail and balustrades.
150mm and 200mm thick common clay brickwall for walls and panels; in-situ reinforced concrete parapet walls;
curtain walling, aluminium and glazing works (PC Sum of RM 2,962,688.53 which includes aluminium and glazing
for windows element)
Generally cement skim coat and cement and sand plaster to walls and columns. Polished homogeneous tiles,
porcelain tiles and painting to internal wall.
Air-Conditioning & Ventilation
System
Electrical and telephone distribution system (Prime Cost Sum of RM 1,674,067.50 which includes the cost from the
communication installation element)
Fire protection services (Prime Cost Sum of RM 381,937), Alarm and CMS system (Prime Cost Sum of RM 139,860)
Cement and sand pavings, pebble washed flooring, block, parquet and strip flooring, porcelain and homogeneous
tiles,and carpet.
Generally cement skim coat and painting and fibrous plaster boards to internal ceiling.
Cement skim coat, cement and sand plaster and painting works (PC Sum of RM3852200.00) to external walls,
columns, ceilings and floor finish
Reinforced in-situ concrete and marble counter tops to wash basin and silvered float glass mirrors; Signage (PC
Sum of RM42665.18) and Indoor Facilities of (PC Sum of RM146164.73)
WC, accessories comprising of floor traps, PVC bottle traps, stopcock, , vanity basin, wash basin, kitchen sink, taps,
shower fittings, bidet, tub, soap holder and toilet roll holder.
Swimming Pool Equipment (Prime Cost Sum of RM 128,157.75). Tennis court (Provisional sum of RM21,262.50).
Sandy Beach (Provisional sum of RM 171.360)
Generally honeycomb flush door; fire-rated doors.
Electronic keycard system (Prime Cost Sum of RM 58,297.05) , CCTV system (Prime Cost Sum of RM 26,375),
Intercom (Prime Cost Sum of RM 32,224.50)
Builder's profit and allowance of 3% to all Prime Cost Sums of RM 83,515.75)
Builder's works in connection with mechanical and electrical services (Prime Cost Sum of RM 102,847.50)
Excavate, fillings, kerbs, road signages, external painting and guard rails. Hard landscaping works (PC Sum of RM
606,559). Soft landscaping works (PC Sum of RM 346,837.05). Anti-termite treatment (PC Sum of 20,440.35).
Security gate and fencing (Provisional Sum of RM 43,627.50). External concrete features (Provisional Sum of
RM179,550). Cribwall landscaping works (Provisional Sum of RM 47,250)
Primary stormwater drainage system, sewerage system and primary soil drainage system
Air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation installation (PC Sum of RM 1,052,100)
