Students will enter their memory in the left column and leave the right column blank. They will then fill in the right column with the type of memory, how it was encoded, stored, and retrieved after reading the article in Slide # 3.
Students will read the article linked in Slide #3 to complete the blank columns in Slide # 4.
Students will write the definition of the process as well as comparing the human brain and the computer for each process. This can be done throughout the notes/unit.
Students will define acoustic, semantic, and visual encoding. They will also provide examples of organization methods to aid in encoding.
