I have extensive previous experience in Management having previously supervised an insurance
region incorporating underwriting, claims and marketing for both personal lines/motor book and
commercial insurance. On moving back to the UK my main focus has been acquisition and retention
of large commercial cases as an Underwriter with a specialisation towards Fleet and Motor Trade.
DLG has undergone many changes over the past three years and I have been able to be part of the
change by assisting with the off shoring project; producing process maps, and providing training of a
technical nature to the off shore team in India.

When arriving back in the UK I joined the DLG as this company had undergone a recent restructure,
they were employing specialists to deal with their larger more complex cases along with building
strong relationships with the respective Brokers.

Wheels Group was an underwriting company which was new to the market, my strong network of
clients along with my knowledge of the market allowed me to ensure profitable growth within the
region. I left Wheels Underwriting to come back to the UK.
