Location – Haywards Heath
Salary - £40,000 to £45,000

My client are currently looking for a Technical Claims Manager MOJ, you will need to provide
excellent management of the Technical Claims function for claims reserved up to £10,000.
Implementing the demands of the business plan and ensuring adherence to budget, whilst also
demonstrating leadership excellence to enable high performance of direct reports.
You will be implementing strategies by providing effective management of relevant functions, whilst
also providing functional expertise in the areas of claims valued up to £10k.
Essential to the role:
- Experience within the motor insurance industry
- Detailed understanding of reserving and cost management
- Practical experience in handling and managing all aspects of personal injury claims up to
£10,000 including all potential fraud issues associated with these types of claims
- Budget Management experience an advantage
- Team Management
- Expert knowledge of all aspects of personal injury motor claims management
- Good understanding of the business objectives
- Detailed knowledge of all aspects of Personal Injury claims handling (below £10k) including
legislation and legal processes
Desirable to the role:
- CII Qualification would be preferable
