Make Recall Request: Step 1
Click on the FA
Services tab.

Inventory sub-tab.

Make Recall Request (Single Item): Step 3
Click on the SKU ID to
select an individual
item to recall.

Recall Request Status Update
The Request status header shows the status of each recall request.

Status Updates: What they Mean
Open Indicates that recall request has been created
Failed Indicates that the recall request failed due to technical reasons
Pending Logistics
Documents
Indicates that documents are yet to be uploaded for the recall request
Ready for Dispatch Indicates that the recalled inventory has been packed
Dispatched Indicates that the recalled inventory has been dispatched
Returned Appears when the recalled inventory has been rejected by the seller
Delivered Appears once the recalled inventory has been delivered, and the request has been completed
Cancelled Indicates that the recall request has been cancelled
