Currently working with Lilliput Kids wear Ltd growing steadily from strength to strength
Lilliput started in the year 1990 with the objective of manufacturing world class kids wear
Apparels. It has a growing presence in both domestic and international market today; the brand
Lilliput enjoys enviable reputation in the kids wear market of India. With a turnover of 1400 cr.
Recently company launch the product in Ecommerce and now we have available on Paytm,
Jabong, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and Lilliput (www.lilliputkids.com)
And in this new milestone of company I am taking care of entire stock replacement from our
offline stores to online.

Retail Management
Looking after and responsible for the day to day operations of the different stores in the
assigned territory.
To do proper coordination between company and store managers to grow our business.
To ensure every store achieve estimated business in terms of Turnover and Pcs.
Supervising sales team and marketing operations for achieving increased growth, top-line
and bottom line profitability.
Providing guidance/support to the front-line team through target setting and reviewing

of bills against walk-ins, Sqft Sale Return, Avg Bill Value on daily basis.
Monitoring the sales staff, cash & sale.
Reorganizing and ensuring the floor stocks & visual merchandising of the stores.
Inventory control and taking care of stock, replenishment from the ware house
Doing the division of the targets on the daily, weekly and monthly basis and ensuring the
achievement of the Target.
Creating good relationship with customers and handling grievance redressal.
Coordinating with different departments as EDP, Logistic, Accounts, and HR for the smooth
operations.
Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs).
