Meeting Minutes for Triple S
Productions:

• Present: Sahra, Serife, Shania
• Minutes taken by: Sahra
• End Time: 14:00pm

3. This meeting had consisted of, firstly, discussing the logo
progression. The logo is yet to be complete and also
discussed was whether or not someone else should take
the role of designing the logo as it has taken much too long
to complete however we have no yet come to a decision.
Also discussed was how the editing of the first draft
was, our teacher was shown and despite the positive
feedback, there was also negative
feedback, consequently, our first filming session was more
like a practice session that will not be used in our final
production however it has helped us to see what should be
done for our next filming session was is tonight. - the 17th
November. Furthermore, as a group we discussed how
much work has been done by each group member and as
the director I assured that everyone is up to date (according
to the production schedule) with their individual pieces of
work. All group members seem to be working at a constant
pace however there are still a few more pieces of
paperwork that should be complete by now. Finally, we
discussed what can be done to improve the standard of our
already complete paperwork and adjustments have been
made such as the maintenance of the blog – which is done
by me – our communication skills have improved drastically
since the beginning of this assignment and we all ask each
other for help if necessary also, we had decided that after
filming tonight, we will all ensure the editor – Serife
Suleyman – will get advise on where and how to collate all
filming if needed.

FILMING IS UP TO THE BEST POSSIBLE
