The weekly update meeting took place from 08:56am to 09:27am in Room A29. Sahra Ahmed took the minutes. Sahra and Nisha discussed stripping down their filmmaking process and improving areas for their highest marks. They planned their shooting days on October 8th and 9th. As Nisha was absent, Sahra agreed to inform her of the meeting details and ensure she continued editing to have a rough draft for feedback before the deadline. Their plan for the next week includes keeping their blog updated, finalizing scripts, equipment lists, casting notes, scoring, and screen testing on October 6th.

3. BRIEF
Throughout this meeting, Nisha and I worked alongside each other, back to
basics, stripping down the use of software and hardware and purely
discussing what is to be filmed and what needs to be improved. We have
discussed what is to be taken off the blog as it is purely not up to standard
and could be better. We also conversed with our teacher, asking for areas we
can improve on, what it is that we can do to reach the top marks in terms of
paperwork.
We then made a plan for our shooting date which is to take place on
Wednesday 8th October and Thursday 9th October.
As Nisha (the editor) was not present throughout this meeting, I took it upon
myself to inform her via e-mail and ensure she was up to scratch also in
terms of the paperwork which is on our blog. The editor is to continue
editing, perhaps whilst we film on the Wednesday and Thursday so that we
can get a rough draft of everything soon and so that we can have a clear idea
of exactly what should be re-filmed before the deadline.
