The meeting minutes discussed finalizing a logo, filming schedules, and paperwork. They planned the first filming session for after school on the day of the meeting and another session on October 17th. They also completed actor and location release forms, though the logo was still in progress. The next meeting would focus on editing the first draft, logo progress, checking work from each member, confirming the October 17th filming, and suggestions for improving paperwork and their blog.

3. Throughout this meeting, we as a group
discussed our final ideas for the logo
however it is still not yet complete due to
the amount of other paperwork that is yet
to be done. Although we have an idea of
what our logo is to look like, it has not yet
been completed.
Furthermore, we discussed final times and
dates for filming, the first filming session is
to commence tonight after school hours at
3:10 a plan is to be posted as to the steps
of filming to ensure that no time is wasted
discussing what is to be done whilst filming.
Both actor release and location release forms
have been signed and posted on to the
blog and as a result we are up to date with
paper work regardless of the fact that our
logo is incomplete.
In addition to all of that being discussed, we
also decided to film on Thursday 17th as
well as have a meeting, we will be filming
”the kitchen scene” and hopefully have
completed half of the two minute
sequence.
