Working with Al Zarooni ElectroMech since June ’09 as a Business Development Executive
responsible for project tendering for projects involving mechanical equipments erection, factory
refurbishment projects etc. As an offshoot of the mechanical business interests, established
Endeavour Steel Works as a machining and fabrication unit in Abu Dhabi as the Business Head
and Working Partner. Endeavour Steel’s primary interest was to establish a presence in the Abu
Dhabi area catering to the Oil & Gas Industry’s steel fabrication and machining requirements.
However, due to unsustainable business returns, the unit was closed down in March 2011.
Currently, I am working on a glass factory refurbishment (shutdown) project in Dubai, leading
the mechanical works. I am responsible for liaison with the clients for all mechanical related
engineering works, materials procurement and sub-contractor supervision. Project is scheduled
for completion in June 2011.
