To coordinate assigned projects and monitor P&M functions on day to day basis: -
Disposal of PR within 24 hrs after release from site with advise to procurement team regarding source , quality,
tech specs and time schedule considering project priority and cost effectiveness.
P&M Staff audit as per approved budget during site visits and submit quarterly report to management.
Daily breakdown review.
Inventory adherence as per the norms.
Site Co-ordination - Monthly visit to assigned project sites.
Report Analysis of Schedule Oil Sampling for assigned sites and take corrective measure if required.
Ensure no P&M lying at site is remain unattended / breakdown / idle condition.
Ensure all plants are operational complying safety & environment norms.
To identify the training needs of Operators and arrange through OEMs.

To assist in preparing annual refurbishment plan of Central workshop for P&M with SAP historical data and
assigning equipments to central Workshop for refurbishment.
To assist in machinery planning for new projects, and ensure timely mobilization and demobilization and also
ensure road worthiness of the mobilized machinery.
To involve in selecting right kind of latest quality new plant and equipment matching the requirement of our
projects and their technical evaluation including support in procurement
Monthly budget over head reduction planning.
To keep all machine old lying in stock yard to be prepared and at least one to two month in advance before use
at work.
To recommend to scrap unusable material/machine.
To assist in preparing Road map of P&M department for coming years.
RESPONSIBILITY WHEN AT SITE
Periodical and Preventive maintenance of Plant and Earthmoving, Concreting, Transport, Asphalt machineries
Ensure maximum utilization of construction equipments and Plants. (Mobilization / demobilization)
Upkeep and maintainence of all assets / equipments.

long term maintenance; spare parts management; manpower planning & deployment; training)
