Supervision means observing the
subordinates at work to see that they are
working according to plans and policies of
the organization and keeping the time
schedule and to help them in solving their
work problems.

Motivation is the tool in the hands of
a manager for inspiring the
workforce and creating the ‘will to
work’. It is a process of stimulating
people to action so as to fulfill the
organization goals.
8. LEADERSHIP
Leadership is the ability of management to
induce subordinates to work towards
group goals with confidence and zeal.
Leadership may be defined as the process
of influencing other people to work
willingly for group objectives.
9. COMMUNICATION
The communication is the process of
exchanging information and understanding
between two or more parties. Effective
communication takes place when the
received message is understood in the right
sense by the receiver as the sender intends.
