This document outlines a business plan for a magazine called Ruby Shefras that will focus on small music venues and performances in North London. The magazine will be printed monthly with online content and subscriptions. It will feature articles on venues and interviews with local artists. The target audience is 16-25 year olds interested in live music. Revenue will be generated through magazine sales, subscriptions, and a 5% partnership with featured venues. Distribution will be through monthly subscriptions and select music shops. The main competition is NME magazine but Ruby Shefras will have a broader indie music focus and printed content.
