Tom Barron, Ph.D., CIHM, CECD, CECM, CBM, is president of 21st Management
Corporation located in Paducah, KY. Dr. Barron has over 37 years of diverse nuclear
industry experience working with licensees, operating contractors and industry
suppliers helping ensure compliance with nuclear quality assurance standards and
regulatory requirements as contained in 10CFR50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, ASME
Section III NCA 3800 and 4000; 10CFR830 Subpart A, and DOE order 414.1A-D.
He serves as a contract NQA-1 lead auditor for license holders, DOE operating
contractors and industry subcontractors. He is also an occupational safety and
health adjunct professor for the Jesse D. Jones College of Science, Engineering and
Technology at Murray State University located in Murray, KY.
