Definition of Computer
A computer is a device that can be instructed to
carry out arbitrary sequences
of arithmetic or logical operations
automatically. The ability of computers to
follow generalized sets of operations,
called programs, enables them to perform an
extremely wide range of tasks.
Full form of Computer
C= Common
O= Operating
M= Machine
P= Particularly
U= Used For
T= Technical and
E= Educational
R= Research.
Benefits of Computer
 Computer technology controls satellites and traffic
signals.
 MP3 players and cellular phones rely on it.
 When people drive, they depend on a computer to keep
their vehicle's engine running properly.
 Governments use it to streamline services and enhance
defense.
 Even basic television broadcasting now depends on
complex computer management to keep things moving.
 Computer technology permeates the fabric of
contemporary life at home, at work and even at play.
Input Devices
In computing, an input device is (a piece
of computer hardware equipment) used to
provide data and control signals to
an information processing system such as
a computer or information appliance.
EXAMPLES OF INPUT DEVICES
Output Device
An output device is any piece
of computer hardware item
which utilizes whatever data
and commands from your
computer in order to perform
a task.
This leads to the results
of data processing carried out
by an information processing
system which converts the
electronically generated
information into human-
readable form.
Block Diagram
A block diagram is a diagram of a system in
which the principal parts or functions are
represented by blocks connected by lines that
show the relationships of the blocks. They are
heavily used in engineering in hardware
design, electronic design, software design,
and process flow diagrams.

About UsWe have our own Centre library that has sufficient books of great authors
for our students. Notes prepared by our teachers are provided to every
student for their review. We also provide particular softwares to our
students on which they are pursuing their course.
