Ordnance Platoon Maintenance Chief, 06/2010 to 11/2011 U.S Marine Corps –Camp Lejeune, NC  Advised the Platoon Commander on operations, capabilities, and limitations in the daily functions of maintenance for the platoon.  Established, maintained and supervised maintenance production and QC program.  Ensured that all Secondary Reparable Items are received and proper LTI's are conducted.  Reviewed Daily Process Report and ensure timely and accurate changes are made.  Identified maintenance trends/deficiencies for corrective action.  Ensure all maintenance related programs are followed in accordance with MCO's.  Responsible Officer for platoon CMR valued at 120,000 dollars.  Managed all aspects ofmaintenance operations for Ordnance Platoon.  Provided accurate and timely reports to the Maintenance Management Chief and Maintenance management Officer.  Provided technical expertise and supervision on 50 different secondary repairable items. HSC Advisor/Senior Enlisted Advisor, 04/2009 to 06/2010 U.S Marine Corps – Iraq  Advised the Iraq Brigade Headquarters and Service Company Commander, two command sergeants major and one technical sergeant major, and the 2d Brigade Maintenance Platoon on technical and tactical aspects of their duty.  Advised the Iraqi Brigade Maintenance Platoon on all aspects oftheir duty.  Coordinated with the supporting US Army forces for vehicle maintenance, and provide technical expertise and supervision to subordinate Marines.  Ensured the maintenance, sustainment,and readiness of five (5) ForcePro Cougar MRAPS, four (4) MaxxPro Plus MRAPS, five (5) HMMWVs, and two (2) 100kv civilian-manufactured generators in accordance with the appropriate TMs and SOPs ensure quality control checks at all levels.  Established, maintained and supervised maintenance production and QC program.  Ensured quality of life issues for MTT Marines and US Army soldiers by advising and participating in the design and occupation of a new US Forces compound on Camp Tariq, Fallujah, Iraq; provided constant technical expertise throughout camp establishment.  Assisted in team personneladministration including accountability and required counseling’s,and US Navy evaluations; advised the team leader and deputy team leader on enlisted matters, issues and concerns.
