Notable Accomplishments:
 MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER,2013-2016: Selected to the position as the
Maintenance Management Officer,G-4, Marine Corps Forces Command. Oversee the ground material
readiness of equipment of Marine Corps forces assigned to Combatant Commander’s. This included
establishing supply distribution networks for repair parts and equipment. Including the training and
oversight of supply accountability and maintenance production on automated readiness systems.
Conducting policy review and writing of policy that supported new software systems to support supply
accountability and maintenance production at the operational and tactical level.
 COMPANYCOMMANDER 2011-2013: Served as the Company Commander for Ordnance
Maintenance Company, 3d Maintenance Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 35, 3d Marine Logistics
Group, 3d Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Okinawa Japan. Successfully led a Company of 220
Marines in the conduct of General Support Maintenance for all small arms weapons, electro optics and
lasers, howitzers, amphibious assault vehicles, motor transport vehicles, and engineer assets assigned to
the MEF. During this tour, we supported three deployments to Republic of Korea, four exercises in the
republic of the Philippines, and nine exercises to mainland Japan area of operation. Accomplishments
included a reorganization of the units general support role to include the motor transport and engineer
maintenance mission. The unit received a near perfect score on the unit’s Commanding General’s

Inspection, a 92 percent on its organic Field Supply Maintenance Analysis Office (FSMAO) inspection,
and a 95 percent on its organic FAMAO inspection. All had a score of no Findings.
 ANALYST 2008 to 2011: In June of 2008, screened via resume process,and was interviewed to be a
member of the Field Supply Maintenance Readiness Office (FSMAO) West . Excepted immediately and
assigned as the Team Three Officer In Charge (OIC) and as the Team Three Ordnance analyst. Was
assigned the responsibility of analyzing all Marine Corps units west of the Mississippi River,
Continental United States only. Reports of all analysis were reported directly to Headquarters Marine
Corps Washington D.C.,Installations and Logistics. During 2008, participated on the creation of the
program. This included first becoming Lean Six Sigma trained at Eastern CoastalCarolina University.
Program was end to end process mapped, questions sighting supporting recourses,“How To” that
specified the interpretation of the analyzing process to the analyst, and grading criteria on a weighted
scale. Led a group that also created a trends analysis cell at Albany GA to interpret trend to develop
solution analysis data. As the OIC,Team Three successfully conducted more than 30 analyses on more
than 30 units. From May through August of 2010, deployed to Afghanistan analyze to analyze 15 units
deployed.
 GROUND ORDNANACE OFFICER 2005 to 2008: Assigned as the School Ordnance Officer,School
of Infantry West (SOI-W) Camp Pendleton CA. SOI-W is known to be the largest armory in the
Marine Corps. At the time of assignment, the armory’s account size was approximately 8,000 weapons
and approximately 2,000 optics systems. During this time period, I conducted the fielding of equipment
32,000 assets to accommodate the training mission to support operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Conducted research based upon how the base hospitals file and store medical records, coordinated with
industry and drafted blue prints to create new storage solutions and installed the concept in 2007. I
briefed the 100k weapons and optics storage concept at the 2007 Ordnance Symposium resulting in a
weapons and optics storage solution design that is now the standard across the Marine Corps.
