MH-60 Maintenance Team Leader; USCG Air Station Clearwater,FL July 2012-July 2013
 Managed 20+ personnelresponsible for the maintenance and repair of 10 MH-60 “Jayhawk” Helicopters required to
maintain air station fully mission capable status at all times.
 Facilitated the completion and correction of over 455 aircraft maintenance discrepancies, including full engine replacements,
gear box and landing gear swaps,and rotary wing replacements.
 Coordinated daily, weekly, monthly and yearly preventative maintenance schedules for both the aircraft and personnel.
 Led AirSta Clearwater Flight Examining Board responsible for training and evaluating all Air Station enlisted personnelfor
aviation qualifications. To include, Basic Aircrew, Hoist Operator, Flight Mechanic, SAR Operator and Advanced SAR
